Abstract
Indonesia is the 4th largest consumer of shoes after China, India and Vietnam. Shoes are divided into several types, materials and models in the treatment of different shoes. Now there are many shoe laundry services. One of the shoe treatments is during the drying process, where shoe dryers with conventional systems use fans and take 1-2 days to dry. So it is necessary to make a shoe dryer by controlling temperature and humidity. Setting the temperature and process time for controlling the heater and fan using sensors. The NodeMCU ESP8266 functions as a microcontroller and also an internet connection (WIFI), so it can be used for monitoring and controlling dryers via a smartphone with the Blynk software. The application of a controlled shoe drying system can prevent damage to shoe materials and maintain the quality of shoe materials.
