Abstract

This This study aims to determine the form of creativity of Aqidah Morals subject teachers in students' learning motivation through YouTube media in the ninth grade of MTs Ma'arif Kedungkendo and to find out the support and barriers to creativity of Akhlaq subject teachers in students' learning motivation through YouTube media in class IX in MTs Ma'arif Kedungkendo. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. In this study, the informants were the principal, principals, teachers of moral subjects, and ninth grade students at MTs Ma'arif Kedungkendo. The location of this research was carried out in the ninth grade at MTs Ma'arif Kedungkendo. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis and interpretation techniques used the analytical model of Lexy J. Moleong, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that with the existence of interactive video media through YouTube, students are more enthusiastic and interactive in the learning process and there are visible changes in the achievement of student learning outcomes. The main supporting factor is that it is fully supported and facilitated by the head of the madrasa who always fosters teachers. The inhibiting factor is inadequate facilities such as the lack of a school projector which makes the application of YouTube media difficult to implement when at school.
