Abstract

This research aims to describe the learning planning of PKn class IV SDN Panggreh II in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to describe the application of PKn learning in Class IV SDN Panggreh II in online learning conducted by teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic, and describe the factors of teacher barriers in the application of PKn learning class IV SDN Panggreh II in online learning. The research method uses qualitative research. The research subjects were teachers, principals and fourth grade students of SDN Panggreh II, while the research data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of research data using data analysis model Miles and Hiberman. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that in Civics learning in class IV SDN Panggreh II the teacher made online learning learning plans such as syllabus, lesson plans, and learning media. The obstacles for teachers in planning Civics learning in grade IV at SDN Panggreh II during the Covid-19 pandemic were that teachers had no experience teaching online, and teachers had difficulty determining the learning media to use. to explain learning materials, and Civics learning activities, most of the learning activities carried out by teachers only gave assignments through "whatsapp groups". This shows that the Civics learning process in class IV SDN Panggreh II does not have a strategy.
