Abstract

Quality human resources in organizations are indeed important and needed in today's era to be competent to seize a superior position in the economy. This can be achieved if the organization can create a working atmosphere that allows its human resources to perform well. The purpose of this study was to determine the work environment, career development and motivation affect employee performance. To find out the work environment, career development and motivation have a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect on employee performance CV. Berca, son of the delta of Sidoarjo. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses data processing in the form of numbers. Using samples taken from the number of employees of 66 employees at CV. Berca, son of the delta of Sidoarjo. With the distribution of questionnaires which were then tested through various measuring instruments using the help of the IBM SPSS version 16 program. The results of the F test and T test showed that the work environment, career development and motivation had partial and simultaneous effects on employee performance.
