      <title>Pendahuluan</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-12">Metode pembelajaran terdiri dari langkah – langkah yang akan dilakukan oleh guru di dalam pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran yang di pakai oleh guru adalah sama, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya di kelas dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda . Berdasarkan pendapat tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran metode yang digunakan oleh guru adalah sama namun ketika guru menerapkannya di dalam kelas, guru meggunakan cara yang berbeda – beda disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa di kelas.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-13">Metode pembelajaran yang direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menurut Permendikbud Nomor 81 A Tahun 2013 tentang Implementasi Kurikulum Lampiran IV adalah metode pembelajaran yang terkait dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis masalah dan berbasis proyek [2]. Oleh karena itu dalam menerapkan pendekatan saintifik maka guru bisa memilih menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran siswa menjadi pusat perhatian yang mengharuskannya untuk aktif berpartisipasi.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-14">Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dalam pelaksanaannya berpusat pada siswa atau <italic id="_italic-21">student centered</italic> adalah metode <italic id="_italic-22">mind mapping</italic>.<italic id="_italic-23"> Mind mapping</italic> merupakan salah satu <italic id="_italic-24">tools</italic> yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Di dalamnya, informasi bisa dengan mudah disampaikan. Menulis kreatif, efektif dan memetakan pemikiran kita ke dalam bentuk yang lebih mudah dipahami. Informasi mengenai fakta dan pikiran bisa disesuaikan dengan penulis, sehingga dalam proses mengingat akan lebih baik daripada mencatat biasa [3]. Maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa metode <italic id="_italic-25">mind mapping</italic> adalah metode pembelajaran yang membantu guru menyampaikan sebuah konsep materi kepada siswa dengan cara memetakan ide pokok dalam bentuk simbol, kata, gambar dan garis yang memuat informasi secara menyeluruh sehingga dalam proses mengingat suatu konsep akan lebih mudah dilakukan oleh siswa.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-15">Berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti kenyataan yang terjadi dilapangan dalam pembelajaran IPA guru kelas IV masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru. Kemudian siswa mencatat materi yang diberikan oleh guru. Sehingga tidak ada keterlibatan siswa dalam menemukan konsep materi IPA sendiri. Guru kelas IV menambahkan bahwa pernah menggunakan metode tanya jawab, akan tetapi terkendala dengan bahan ajar yang muatan materinya tidak lengkap. Sehingga guru kembali menggunakan metode ceramah. Hal ini tidak efektif karena ada siswa yang malas untuk mencatat materi yang disampaikan dan ketika di rumah siswa juga tidak mempelajari materinya kembali.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-16">Pemecahan masalah perlu dilakukan sebagai solusi untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran IPA. Peneliti akan menggunakan metode <italic id="_italic-26">mind mapping</italic> yang disesuaikan dengan muatan materi IPA pada kurikulum 2013 yang menekankan pada penanaman konsep pada siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SDIT Ainul Yaqin menggunakan metode <italic id="_italic-27">mind mapping</italic>. Tujuan selanjutnya adalah mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh metode <italic id="_italic-28">mind mapping</italic> terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-17">Berdasarkan pemaparan latar belakang tersebut, peneliti akan melakukan penelitian mengenai metode <italic id="_italic-29">mind mapping</italic> untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh metode <italic id="_italic-30">mind mapping</italic> terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada tema 7 subtema 1 kelas IV SDIT Ainul Yaqin dan berapa besar pengaruh metode <italic id="_italic-31">mind mapping</italic> terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada tema 7 subtema 1 kelas IV SDIT Ainul Yaqin.</p>

      <title>Metode Penelitian</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-18">Salah satu jenis metode kuantitatif yang akan saya gunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian menggunakan jenis <italic id="_italic-32">pre experiment</italic> sangat sesuai dengan penelitian yang akan saya lakukan. Penelitian <italic id="_italic-33">pre experiment</italic> yang saya lakukan hanya membutuhkan satu lokasi penelitian. Bentuk <italic id="_italic-34">pre experiment</italic> yang saya gunakan adalah desain <italic id="_italic-35">One-Group Pretest-Posttest</italic>. Menurut [4] dalam bukunya metode penelitian, penggunaan desain <italic id="_italic-36">One-Group Pretest-Posttest </italic>diawali dengan pretes sebelum diberikan suatu perlakuan. Hasil perlakuan diketahui lebih akurat karena dengan membandingkan keadaan sebelum dan keadaan sesudah diberi perlakuan [5]. Desain <italic id="_italic-37">One-Group Pretest-Posttest</italic> dapat digambarkan sebagai berikut:</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-21">O1: nilai <italic id="_italic-38">pretest</italic> (pembelajaran normal sebelum diberikan perlakuan khusus pada tema 7 subtema 1 materi macam – macam gaya).</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-22">X: penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan metode <italic id="_italic-39">mind mapping</italic> pada tema 7 subtema 1 materi macam – macam gaya).</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-23">O2: nilai <italic id="_italic-40">posttest</italic> (pembelajaran menggunakan metode <italic id="_italic-41">mind mapping</italic> pada tema 7 subtema 1 materi macam – macam gaya).</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-24">O2 – O1: pengaruh metode mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada tema 7 subtema 1 materi macam – macam gaya.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-25">Soal <italic id="_italic-42">pretest </italic>dan <italic id="_italic-43">posttest </italic>disusun berdasarkan perangkat pembelajaran yaitu silabus, RPP, bahan ajar serta kisi – kisi soal yang telah divalidasi dengan validitas konstruksi (<italic id="_italic-44">Construct Validity</italic>). Soal <italic id="_italic-45">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-46">posttest</italic> yang telah divalidasi kemudian diuji cobakan terlebiih dahulu untuk mengetahui kevalidan dan reliablenya. Kemudian kita dapat mengetahui apakah instrumen yang digunakan valid atau tidak, yaitu dengan cara mengkorelasikan antara jumlah skor faktor dan jumlah skor total. Apabila soal tes hasil belajar siswa dinyatakan valid, maka soal siap diuji cobakan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kevalidan instrumen penelitian adalah menggunakan rumusan korelasi <italic id="_italic-47">Pearson product moment</italic> yaitu sebagai berikut [6].</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-31">Setelah dilakukan perhitungan maka akan didapatkan koefisien korelasi. Setelah diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasinya selanjutnya dimasukkan ke dalam rumus Spearman Brown [7]. Untuk mengetahui apakah instrumen reliabel atau tidak, adalah jika nilai alpha &gt; 0,60 maka instrumen dikatakan reliabel. Apabila berdasarkan uji coba instrumen sudah valid dan reliabel keseluruhan butirnya, maka selanjutnya instrument bisa digunakan untuk pengukuran dalam pengumpulan data. Rumus Spearman Brown yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut.</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-36">Data yang telah diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah nilai <italic id="_italic-48">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-49">posttest</italic> siswa kelas IV. Menurut [8] untuk kelompok sampel kecil kurang dari 30 maka pengujian normalitas menggunakan rumus Liliefors. Uji normalitas ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah data yang diperoleh berdistribusi normal atau tidak. Dengan ketentuan nilai nilai = 0.05 dan data berjumlah 8 maka L<sub id="_subscript-5">tabel</sub> = 0.285. Untuk kelompok sampel kecil kurang dari 30 maka pengujian normalitas menggunakan rumus Liliefors untuk mengetahui apakah data berdistribusi normal atau tidak yaitu menggunakan rumus:</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-46">Dengan nilai = 0.05 dan sampel berjumlah 8 diketahui Ltabel = 0.285.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-47">Setelah memperoleh nilai <italic id="_italic-52">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-53">posttest</italic>, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data nilai siswa menggunakan uji <italic id="_italic-54">N-Gain</italic>. Uji <italic id="_italic-55">N-Gain</italic> digunakan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan [9]. Berikut rumus untuk menghitung uji <italic id="_italic-56">N-Gain</italic> [9].</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-58">Setelah diberikan suatu perlakuan kepada siswa kelas IV SDIT Ainul Yaqin yang berupa metode <italic id="_italic-71">mind mapping</italic> pada tema 7 subtema 1 materi macam – macam gaya, selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan <italic id="_italic-72">eta squared</italic> untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh (<italic id="_italic-73">effect size</italic>) penggunaan metode <italic id="_italic-74">mind mapping</italic> terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Untuk menghiting besar pengaruh menggunakan rumus sebagai berikut</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-65">Berdasarkan tabel 4 dapat diketahui bahwa perangkat pembelajaran telah dinyatakan dalam kategori sangat baik sehingga valid dan dapat digunakan untuk penelitian.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-66">Untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas butir soal <italic id="_italic-81">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-82">posttest</italic> dilakukan uji coba terlebih dahulu. Uji coba instrument penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Jedongcangkring pada kelas IV yang sudah melaksanakan pembelajaran pada materi IPA macam – macam gaya. Jumlah siswa yang mengikuti uji coba instrumen ini adalah 23 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur validitas butir soal digunakan rumus korelasi produk momen ( <italic id="_italic-83">Pearson Product Moment Correlation</italic>). Berikut hasil uji coba instrument penelitian.</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-68">Berdasarkan pengujian validitas yang diperoleh pada tabel 5 dapat kita ketahui ada 11 soal yang tidak valid dan ada 9 soal yang dinyatakan valid. Soal yang valid adalah soal yang ketentuan keputusan t<sub id="_subscript-12">hitung</sub> &gt; t<sub id="_subscript-13">tabel</sub>. Soal yang dinyatakan tidak valid tidak bisa digunakan untuk penelitian dan harus diperbaiki dan kemudian diuji cobakan kembali. Oleh karenanya soal – soal yang tidak valid dilakukan perbaikan dan kemudian diuji cobakan kembali. Soal – soal disusun berdasarkan indikator dan juga kisi – kisi soal.mHasil perhitungan valid atau tidak valid disajikan dalam bentuk tabel yang terlampir.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-69">Setelah instrumen diuji validitasnya kemudian dilakukan uji reliabitias. Uji reliabititas dilakukan untuk mengetahui ukuran kestabilan dan juga konsistensi instumen jika digunakan berkali – kali akan menghasilkan data yang sama. Pengujian reliabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik belah dua (<italic id="_italic-86">split half</italic>) kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumuas Spearman Brown. Berikut ini adalah hasil uji reliabilitas instrument penelitian</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-72">Berdasarkan tabel 6 tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa instrument penelitian yang berupa soal <italic id="_italic-89">pretest </italic>dan soal <italic id="_italic-90">posttest</italic> menunjukkan hasil reliabel. Dimana dapat diketahui r<sub id="_subscript-16">hitung </sub>&gt; r<sub id="_subscript-17">tabel</sub> yang artinya adalah reliabel. Sehingga instrument penelitian dapat digunakan berkali – kali dan akan menghasilkan data yang sama.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-73">Data yang telah diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah nilai <italic id="_italic-91">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-92">posttest</italic> siswa kelas IV. Menurut [10] untuk kelompok sampel kecil kurang dari 30 maka pengujian normalitas menggunakan rumus Liliefors. Uji normalitas ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah data yang diperoleh berdistribusi normal atau tidak. Dengan ketentuan nilai nilai = 0.05 dan data berjumlah 8 maka L<sub id="_subscript-18">tabel</sub> = 0.285. Berikut tabel hasil uji normalitas pada nilai <italic id="_italic-93">pretest</italic> dan nilai <italic id="_italic-94">posttest.</italic></p>

      <p id="_paragraph-76">Berdasarkan tabel 7 dan tabel 8 dapat diketahui bahwa L<sub id="_subscript-19">hitung</sub> &lt; L<sub id="_subscript-20">tabel</sub> yaitu pada nilai <italic id="_italic-101">pretest</italic> 0,2052 &lt; 0,285 dan pada nilai <italic id="_italic-102">posttest </italic>0,1923 &lt; 0,285 sehingga data nilai <italic id="_italic-103">pretes</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-104">postest</italic> yang diperoleh adalah berdistribusi normal. Setelah diketahui data berdistribusi normal selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan uji hipotesis <italic id="_italic-105">N-Gain</italic> dan uji <italic id="_italic-106">Eta Squared.</italic></p>
      <p id="_paragraph-77">Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan, nilai <italic id="_italic-107">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-108">posttest</italic> dianalisis menggunakan uji <italic id="_italic-109">N-Gain</italic>. Hasil penelitian yang berupa nilai <italic id="_italic-110">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-111">posttest</italic> disajikan dalam tabel berikut ini:</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-79">Tabel 9 adalah tabel hasil uji N-Gain nilai <italic id="_italic-121">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-122">posttest</italic> yang dilakuakan pada siswa kelas IV. Berdasarkan hasil <italic id="_italic-123">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-124">posttest</italic> tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat 5 orang siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori tinggi dan efektif sesuai pedoman kriteria nilai <italic id="_italic-125">N-Gain</italic> 0,70 ≤ n ≤1,00. Sebanyak 3 orang siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori sedang dan cukup efektif sesuai pedoman kriteria nilai <italic id="_italic-126">N-Gain</italic> 0,30 ≤ n ≤0,7. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan metode <italic id="_italic-127">mind mapping</italic> dalam pembelajaran IPA memiliki pengaruh yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan persentase 62.5% peningkatan hasil belajar dalam kategori tinggi dan 37.5% peningkatan hasil belajar dalam kategori sedang.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-80">Setelah diberikan suatu perlakuan kepada siswa kelas IV SDIT Ainul Yaqin yang berupa metode <italic id="_italic-128">mind mapping</italic> pada tema 7 subtema 1 materi macam – macam gaya, selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan <italic id="_italic-129">eta squared</italic> untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh (<italic id="_italic-130">effect size</italic>) penggunaan metode <italic id="_italic-131">mind mapping</italic> terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Berikut hasil uji <italic id="_italic-132">eta squared </italic>pada nilai <italic id="_italic-133">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-134">posttest</italic>.</p>

Sehingga hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode <italic id="_italic-143">mind mapping</italic> berpengaruh sangat besar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPA pada tema 7 subtema 1 siswa kelas IV SDIT Ainul Yaqin.<bold id="_bold-145"> </bold></p>

        <bold id="_bold-146">Pembahasan</bold>
      </p>
      <p id="_paragraph-83">Analisis data dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk menjabarkan hasil penelitian secara terperinci, sistematis dan juga terukur hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Berdasarkan penelitian di atas, maka pembahasan ini akan menjabarkan hasik penelitian. Hal – hal yang akah dibahas adalah sebagai berikut:</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-84">Berdasarkan tabel hasil uji Lilliefors dapat diketahui bahwa L<sub id="_subscript-21">hitung</sub> &lt; L<sub id="_subscript-22">tabel</sub> yaitu pada nilai <italic id="_italic-144">pretest</italic> 0,2052 &lt; 0,285 dan pada nilai <italic id="_italic-145">posttest </italic>0,1923 &lt; 0,285 sehingga data nilai <italic id="_italic-146">pretes</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-147">postest</italic> yang diperoleh adalah berdistribusi normal. Setelah diketahui data berdistribusi normal selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan uji hipotesis <italic id="_italic-148">N-Gain</italic> dan uji <italic id="_italic-149">Eta Squared</italic>.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-85">Berdasarkan tabel hasil uji <italic id="_italic-150">N-Gain</italic> nilai <italic id="_italic-151">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-152">posttest</italic> tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat 5 orang siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori tinggi dan efektif. Sesuai dengan pedoman kriteria nilai normalitas <italic id="_italic-153">Gain</italic> yaitu nilai <italic id="_italic-154">N-Gain</italic> 0,70 ≤ n ≤ 1,00 maka dalam kategori tinggi. Nilai N-Gain dalam kategori tinggi pada tabel adalah (0,923; 0,812: 0,812; 1,00; 0,937). Sedangkan sebanyak 3 orang siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori sedang dan cukup efektif yaitu 0,30 ≤ n ≤ 0,70 diantaranya (0,611; 0,687; 0,59). Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan metode <italic id="_italic-155">mind mapping</italic> dalam pembelajaran IPA memiliki pengaruh yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan persentase 62.5% peningkatan hasil belajar dalam kategori tinggi dan 37.5% peningkatan hasil belajar dalam kategori sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode <italic id="_italic-156">mind mapping</italic> dalam pembelajaran IPA pada tema 7 subtema 1 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-86">Berdasarkan hasil uji <italic id="_italic-157">eta squared</italic> nilai <italic id="_italic-158">pretest</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-159">posttest</italic> pada tabel 4.7 dapat diketahui bahwa nilai d &gt; 0,8 yaitu d = 0,95 termasuk dalam kategori sangat besar. Sehingga hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode <italic id="_italic-160">mind mapping</italic> berpengaruh sangat besar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPA pada tema 7 subtema 1 siswa kelas IV SDIT Ainul Yaqin.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-87">Hasil analisis data yang telah dipaparkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode <italic id="_italic-161">mind mapping </italic>pada pembelajaran IPA tema 7 subtema 1 di kelas IV berhasil dan nilai siswa pada <italic id="_italic-162">posttest</italic> atau setelah perlakuan mengalami peningkatan yang sangat besar. Hal ini menandakan bahwa untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami konsep IPA pada tema 7 subtema 1, guru bisa menggunakan metode <italic id="_italic-163">mind mapping </italic>dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas.</p>
    </sec>
    <sec id="heading-95da788922cec203c4a6cf6b16978c5c">
      <title>Kesimpulan</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-88">Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan pada penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan judul penelitian pengaruh metode <italic id="_italic-164">mind mapping</italic> terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada tema 7 subtema 1 siswa kelas IV SDIT Ainul Yaqin dapat disimpulkan bahwa:</p>

          <p>Berdasarkan hasil nilai <italic id="_italic-165">N-gain</italic> <italic id="_italic-166">posttest</italic>, sebanyak 8 orang siswa mengalami peningkatan hasil belajarnya. Sebanyak 5 orang siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori tinggi dan efektif sesuai pedoman kriteria nilai <italic id="_italic-167">N-Gain</italic> 0,70 ≤ n ≤1,00. Sebanyak 3 orang siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori sedang dan cukup efektif sesuai pedoman kriteria nilai <italic id="_italic-168">N-Gain</italic> 0,30 ≤ n ≤0,7. Dengan persentase 62.5% peningkatan hasil belajar dalam kategori tinggi dan 37.5% peningkatan hasil belajar dalam kategori sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode <italic id="_italic-169">mind mapping</italic> dalam pembelajaran IPA pada tema 7 subtema 1 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV.</p>
