Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of training on employee work productivity, analyze and determine the effect of discipline on employee work productivity, analyze and determine the effect of work experience on employee work productivity This study uses an associative quantitative approach, with a questionnaire in the form of a statement as the instrument used which is then processed using the SPSS version 22 application program. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Prima Karya Teknik numbered 60 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria of age and years of service so that a sample of 50 people was obtained. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, f test, t test, correlation test and determination test. Based on the results of the study showed that the training had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Prima Karya Teknik, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Prima Karya Teknik, work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Prima Karya Teknik.
