Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, job placement and job training on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch. This research uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 50 employees at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS statistical software version 25.0. The main data in this study came from a questionnaire. The results of this study prove that (1) there is a direct influence of career development (X1) on employee performance (Y), (2) there is a direct influence of work placement (X2) on employee performance (Y), (3) there is a direct the effect of job training (X3) on employee performance (Y), (4) there is a direct effect of job satisfaction (Z) on employee performance (Y), (5) the interaction between career development (X1) and job satisfaction (Z) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), (6) the interaction between job placement (X2) and job satisfaction (Z) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), (7) the interaction between job training (X3) and job satisfaction (Z) has no effect on employee performance (Y).
