Abstract

This research aims to find out the motivation of work to affect performance in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto, work environment affects performance in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto, knows the workload affects performance in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto, work motivation affects job satisfaction in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto, the work environment affects job satisfaction in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto, workload affects job satisfaction in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto, performance affects job satisfaction in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto, Motivation affects job satisfaction through performance as an Intervening Variable in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto, Work Environment affects job satisfaction through performance as an Intervening Variable in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto, Workload affects job satisfaction through performance as an Intervening Variable in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto. This research is quantitative research with a systematic approach. The research subjects used were some employees of the production part of PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto numbered 350 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Test the validity of the data in this study using Path Analysis. From the presentation of data and discussion obtained the results of work motivation affects performance, work environment affects, workload affects performance, work motivation affects job satisfaction, work environment affects job satisfaction, workload affects job satisfaction, performance affects job satisfaction, motivation affects job satisfaction through performance as Intervening Variable in PT. Calvary Abadi Mojokerto Environment affects job satisfaction through performance as an Intervening Variable in PT.
