Abstract

This Study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality, and sales location on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at café lare darjo. this reseaerch is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis tesing. The sample used in this study were 99 respondents. The sampling techniques used was purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is a path analysis technique with the help of software for the operating system called smart-pls (partial least square) version 3.0. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from Café Lare Darjo. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observations.
