Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of participatory leadership style, incentives and loyalty on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama in Sidoarjo. The method used is a quantitative method. The respondents in this study are employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama in Sidoarjo marketing department throughout Wonoayu District, the population of this study was 56 people as of 2018. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing using simultaneous tests, partial tests, multiple correlation coefficient tests and coefficient tests. multiple determination with the help of the SPSS program. The findings of this study include: 1) participatory leadership style, incentives and loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, and 2) participatory leadership style, incentives and partiality have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama in Sidoarjo, Wonoayu District.
