Abstract

The following study aims to determine the effect of providing motivation, work facilities, occupational safety and health on employee performance at the Tulangan Sidoarjo District Office. The type of research carried out in this thesis uses quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique where all employees of the District Office of Tulangan Sidoarjo, amounting to 49 employees, were used as respondents. The results of the study prove that motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on the employee performance variable, the work facilities variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the employee performance variable, the occupational safety and health variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the employee performance variable, the motivation variable, work facilities, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.
