General Background: Digital information systems are increasingly important for operational control, inventory visibility, and managerial decision-making in manufacturing environments. Specific Background: PT XYZ, a precast concrete manufacturing company, experienced stockyard monitoring inefficiencies due to manual recording, separated Microsoft Excel files, delayed data availability, and non-integrated stock information. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies on inventory dashboards mainly focused on general stock monitoring, while real-time integration of stock information, product price values by sales region, and usability evaluation based on ISO 9241-11 remained limited in the precast concrete industry. Aims: This study aimed to develop a web-based stockyard monitoring dashboard using Design Science Research Methodology and evaluate its usability through Task-Based Usability Testing and the System Usability Scale. Results: The developed dashboard integrated stock data, stockyard location information, inventory values, interactive maps, data visualization, filtering, refresh, export, and real-time access. Evaluation showed a task success rate of 94%, with 16 of 17 scenarios completed successfully. Average Time on Task decreased from 90 minutes in the existing system to 56.2 minutes, producing an efficiency gain of 37.56%. The System Usability Scale score reached 88, categorized as Excellent. Novelty: This study combines DSRM-based dashboard development with ISO 9241-11 usability evaluation for real-time stockyard monitoring in precast concrete manufacturing. Implications: The system supports faster data access, better accuracy, and more effective operational decision-making, although the search feature requires further refinement.
