Abstract:

General Background: Manufacturing companies must monitor productivity to maintain operational competitiveness. Specific Background: PT XYZ experienced declining woven bag output from 46,005,186 pieces in 2024 to 42,833,617 pieces in 2025. Knowledge Gap: Prior productivity studies often focused only on measurement, while integrated evaluation and improvement formulation remained limited. Aims: This study analyzes woven bag production productivity using OMAX supported by AHP, Traffic Light System, fishbone diagram, and 5W+1H. Results: The study used production data from January to December 2025. Productivity fluctuated, with the highest value in October at 685.60 and the lowest in June at 115.00. AHP showed labor as the most influential criterion with a weight of 22.70%. Traffic Light System results showed many criteria remained in the red category, especially machine working hours. Novelty: The study combines OMAX, AHP, TLS, fishbone, and 5W+1H for a more comprehensive productivity evaluation. Implications: PT XYZ should improve raw material control, workforce performance, machine utilization, and defect reduction.

Highlights:

  • October recorded the highest index score.

  • June showed the weakest production performance.

  • Workforce criteria received the largest priority weight.

Keywords:  5W+1H, AHP, Fishbone Diagram, Objective Matrix (OMAX), Productivity, Traffic Light System.
